| Jollibee Padalang Langhap Sarap is a great new product which is now made available to you by Forex. This allows you to send remittances in the form of meal packages to your beneficiaries in the Philippines. These meals are delivered. |
| 2. Who can we send these meals to and what are the benefits? |
You may send these meals to your loved-ones or friends as a surprise, or simply to celebrate with family, relatives, friends on special occasions such as birthdays, graduations, Mother’s or Father’s Days, Christmas, Baptisms etc.
Other benefits to you:
Assured the money intended for special occasions are spent accordingly since the ordering and payment of meal packages are coursed through Forex/BDO.
Making your remittance more personal since you are the one choosing & ordering the meal packages for your beneficiaries.
You make your beneficiary feel special and remembered. |
| 3. What are the available Jollibee Meal Packages, and how much does it cost? |
Jollibee have come up with a variety of meal packages for you to choose from depending on the amount of people you intend to cater to. Please click here to view the available meal packages and their costs.

| 4. What information do I need to provide Forex when ordering meal packages for my beneficiaries? |
Forex will need the following information to process the delivery of meal packages:
Senders Name
Beneficiary Name
Beneficiary Address
Beneficiary Contact Number (Required)
Choice of Meal Package
Delivery Time and Date |
| 5. What lead-times must you follow in placing orders of meal packages for your beneficiary? |
Must follow the below minimum lead times in placing a Delivery or Dine-in order:
- For orders below Php 5,000 – orders must be made at least hree (3) calendar days.
- For orders Php 5,000 to 10,000 – orders must be made at least five (5) calendar days.
- For orders above Php 10,000 – orders must be made at least seven (7) calendar days.

| 6. Which areas in the Philippines are considered as serviceable/deliverable areas of Jollibee for Delivery and Dine In? |

| 7. Will Jollibee Call Center contact the benificiary prior to the meal package Delivery or Dine-In schedule? |
Yes, Jollibee Call Center shall contact the benificiary (3 attempts = 9 calls) prior to the Delivery or Dine-In schedule to verify the trasaction deals.

| 8. What must my beneficiary know about the delivery? |
| It is important to advise your beneficiary of the delivery details to ensure receipt of meal packages at the time & date specified by yourself. |
| What if it is intended to be a surprise? |
| If Meal Packages are intended to be a surprise, simply make sure your beneficiary will be home at the specified date & time of your arrangement. If someone else will be receiving the meal packages on behalf of your beneficiary, please instruct Forex at the time of placing the order. |
| 9. How much is the fee for this service? |
| Fee for this service is only $12. |
| 10. For dine-in transactions, how will the benificiary know which Jollibee Stores to visit? |
| Jollibee Call Center shall provide the Benificiaries exact location / landmarks of their preferred Jollibee Store. |
| 11. Are there any requirements that the Benificiary need to present when availing the Dine-In transaction? |
| During the verification process, Jollibeee Call Center representative shall advise the Benificiary to present any one (1) valid ID when availing the Dine-In transacion. |
| 12. Important Tips / Reminders |
- Delivery is available in key cities nationwide, while Dine-In is available at all Jollibee Stores nationwide.
- Jollibee Call Center shall contact all benificiaries of Jollibee meal packages to confirm transaction details. During this time, the benificiary can do the following, viz:
- If the remitter instruction is Delivery or Dine-In, Benificiary can choose between the two
- For Delivery transactions, Benificiary can change the time only
- For Dine-In transactions, Benificiary can change the date and time with in 7 days from the date specified by the remitter.
- Benificiaries of Dine-In transactions are expected to avail this in their preffered Jollibee Store, as confirmed during the Jollibee Call Center verification process.
