5. What is the weight limit per box?
There is no weight limit. (as long as can be carried)

6. What can we send?
Personal goods, groceries, clothes, small electrical appliances, gifts – in non-commercial quantities.

7. What can't we send?
Firearms, ammunition, illegal drugs, Sharp metal objects, Perishables, Combustibles/flammable items, chemicals, very fragile items, personal goods, lewd, obscene and pornographic materials.

8. How often do you ship to the Philippines?

9. What is the process/procedure in sending a box?
1. Call the FOREX office or get a box at any of our agents or Asian stores.
2. Fill up packing slip (as per instruction form) and pack box properly. Call Forex office to have your box scheduled for pick up, next time we are in your area.

10. Who will deliver my boxes in the Philippines?
FOREX Phlippines with warehouse in 109 Fortune Street,Parang Marikina receives all shipments and distributes all boxes throughout the Phlippines.
